Walking Through
Grief
A Christian Grief Support Workbook for Healing, Hope, and Faith. Losing someone you love changes everything but you don’t have to face grief alone.
About The Author
Judith Bintliff is the creator of Walking Through Grief, a Christian grief recovery workbook created to help individuals find hope after the loss of someone they love.
Inspired by years of listening to grieving families and recognizing the need for compassionate, faith-filled support, Judith developed a program that gently guides readers through the emotional, spiritual, and practical realities of grief.

Grief does not always announce itself. It may arrive through a familiar song, an old photograph, an empty chair, or a quiet moment when the absence of someone you love suddenly feels overwhelming. On days like these, even simple tasks can require more energy than usual. You may feel tired, distracted, emotional, or unable to explain what is happening inside you.
After the loss of someone you love, hope can feel far away. The future may seem unfamiliar, daily routines may feel empty, and the pain may make it difficult to imagine that life could ever feel meaningful again. During grief, hope does not always look like happiness or confidence. Sometimes hope is simply having enough strength to get through the next hour
Grief can bring emotions that are difficult to explain. You may feel sadness, anger, guilt, fear, loneliness, relief, or several emotions at the same time. Some feelings may change from one hour to the next, leaving you unsure of what you truly need. Journaling through grief provides a private place to express these emotions without judgment.
